The week of 14th July

Earlier this week, a delegation from HMC (church and circuit admin) embarked on an expedition or ‘Love Lunch’ mission if you will, to assess and report back on the welfare of our recently retired member, Elin Star. After the arduous trek up the Portland Road, we were received and refreshed with pies, sandwiches, cakes and squash; then sent back to headquarters with glad tidings of retirement bliss, the evidence of which we captured in this photo! and more….

The week of 16th June

Last weekend I had the joy of returning to The Queens Foundation for my Celebration Event. I took with me my beautiful family and my two HMC rocks, Andy and Rachel to be my support. The day was full of emotion as we worshipped together, as students were commissioned in prayer, as certificates were received and as we ate together in the beautiful surroundings of the college. It was a very special day and a memory I will treasure. I am still buzzing from it, nearly a week on. Thanks to all of you who sent your good wishes and more….

We love half term Chomp sessions. So many lovely families joined us for a morning of arts and crafts, decorating biscuits and a fun game of skittles.
