Worship

Worship is the focal point in the life of the church. Through music, prayer and preaching we seek to praise and thank God, express our hopes and needs, and to declare our Christian faith through a blend of traditional and contemporary approaches. Music and drama both play an important part in our worship patterns.

We welcome families and there is a Sunday Club run especially for children. There is a creche available during the Sunday service for babies and toddlers.

What to expect?

If you haven't been to a church service recently (or maybe never!) then these FAQs might help to put your mind at rest!

But it doesn't stop there. we are a community in the real world and our worship is empty of meaning unless it is matched by our involvement and commitment to each other and to the place in which we find ourselves.

For a list of the regular activities that take place in and around the church visit our activities page.

Coffee is always served after the service.

Our Sunday evening service is held twice a month and offers worship with a difference. Taize- style communion, songs from the Iona community, Cafe Church and Healing Services provide opportunities to explore different worship styles and offer different spiritual experiences.
